➢Seminars & Conferences – Skills and knowledge transfer through hosting training sessions for skills development through the Work for Life seminars, especially for youth and women.
➢ Job Creation – Through start-up resources, saving groups, and skills training for Social Enterprise (SE) initiatives such as sewing Days-for-Girls pads, Weaving Library portable bags, and ECD toy making.
➢ Organization Capacity Building – Develop a Community Center in Shyorongi, Rulindo District, Northern Province to host a Community ECD, a Community Library, and expand the Jabana BAI Distribution Center to Shyorongi to serve the Northern & Western Districts literacy partners.
